Delivery and payment
We ship all over Pakistan through reputable courier companies. Shipping charges are Rs.250 for both COD and advance-payment orders below Rs.3,000. Orders of Rs.3,000 or above qualify for free shipping. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation, and delivery takes 2–6 working days depending on your city.
Damaged or missing items
Please send photos of the damaged or missing item/box to info@lilshizz.com and we'll work to replace either the item or the whole package, case by case.
